Objectives |
In order to satisfy the course aims the participants should be able
to describe the qualities of a course leader and explain ways in which
people learn. They will prepare and structure a training course and
make effective use of visual aids. They should also be able to draw
from a range of techniques for dealing with people in a training environment.

Evaluation |
Participants will be required to give a number of short presentations and run a 20 minute training session involving the other members of the group. Course participants, working as part of a group, will be required to demonstrate what they have learned by answering questions from the trainer. |
